Who is responsible
The Adhara waitlist is operated by Vos Digital Ventures Ltd., acting as the data controller. Questions about privacy or requests concerning your data can be sent to contact@adharacompanion.com.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect:
- the email address you enter;
- the waitlist options you select;
- the date and time of your sign-up;
- the record of your consent.
We do not ask for your name or create an advertising profile from this information. Essential hosting and security services may process limited technical logs needed to operate and protect the website.
Why we collect it
We use your information only for the choices you selected:
- to notify you when Adhara launches;
- to contact you about early testing;
- to send occasional Adhara updates;
- to contact you when the Founding plan becomes available.
The legal basis for these communications is your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Information is processed only by service providers needed to host the waitlist and send the communications you requested, and only on Adhara's instructions. The waitlist itself runs on MailerLite, an EU-based email service provider, which stores the sign-ups and records your opt-in confirmation.
Where it is stored, and for how long
Your information is stored on servers in the European Union. Waitlist and Founding-plan registrations are deleted after the relevant launch communication has been sent, unless another legal or operational reason requires a short additional retention period. Early Test Circle details are kept until testing has ended. Email addresses registered for occasional updates are kept until the person unsubscribes.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing contact@adharacompanion.com. Every newsletter-style message includes an unsubscribe option.
